At our Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences, we continue to work towards transformative gastronomy. We are looking for someone with solid experience in organic agriculture who wants to join our educational ecosystem. 

Your main mission will be to plan and deliver the theoretical and practical training program in organic farming for undergraduate and master’s students. You will manage the garden, materials, and activities needed to ensure the proper functioning of the educational garden. 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Designing, organizing, and delivering academic training related to the garden, integrating academic content and active learning methodologies. 
• Fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, coordinating with both internal departments and external partners. 
• Guiding and supporting students in learning organic horticulture, conducting follow-ups and evaluations. 
• Ensuring the overall development of the project, keeping the garden active and productive. 
• Ensuring sustainable and efficient use of resources, and proper management of supplies and waste. 

Do you identify with the following traits? 

• You hold a degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agroecology or similar. 
• You have personal or professional experience in organic farming production. 
• You are communicative and easily build relationships with others. 
• You have teaching experience and pedagogical skills. 
• You cultivate with passion and have a calling to sow knowledge in others. 

You’ll stand out if... 

• You are familiar with digital learning platforms such as Moodle. 
• You enjoy working in teams, in dynamic and collaborative environments where innovation and continuous improvement are key. 
• You have an intermediate level (B2) in Basque and English, and can communicate fluently in both languages.
